Hello fellow Aussie welcome and how is it living in Canada do you miss Oz?we livein Victoria and right now after the bush fires and all it is so hot and muggy. G'day all! And from that intro guess where I am from! If you didn't say "Australia", shame on you. There are enough of us within .WS now for you to recognise that we are becoming a strength. (And PLEASE stop underlining our different spelling. Ours is the CORRECT one)
Having had a look at the 'Aussie' entries here, I agree that there should be some form of 'home' contact to enable locals to chat with each other about different issues which may be unique, anyway. To start with, I notice that, like myself others appear to be having issues with set-up. I have followed the given methods and, apart from being extremely limited, they don't seem to work within reasonable time frames.( I still have to work out HOW first)
I would appreciate feed back in this area and would love to chat with others if this can be enabled.

Hi Ken,

Welcome!  I think the first place would be go to back office and send some invites.  Then get familiar with the features in the back office.  I love the way this is basically all automated for us!  Then read, read, and reread posts in here.  There is a wealth of information from all these people.  And they are very willing to help you.  And don't forget to make a website with the site bulder here!

It won't take long for you to get comfortable in here.  There are many people that will help you. Another good place to start is to get at least one e-mail set up and a pay pal account. If you already have a pay pal account than you will want to add your .ws e-mail address to that account for any "bonus" money you make.  You'll also want to get your paper work in...in order to receive any money from your efforts. You'll find this under "documents" in your back office and more information on it in the "Announcements" in the "forum".

Hi there everybody. I'm from the land of OZ, originally from Kiwi land. I have a home based business and am getting involved with internet marketing to see if I can use both avenues to get myself up and running quicker so I can sack the B.O.S.S.

The old day job gets in the way of these other activities doesn't it. Been madly trying to get my own website using GDI up and running. I add things to it every so often and it is fun. I'd like to be able to capture peoples names and email addresses though. I have seen some website where you can use their HTML code and I think they will email you the information that is captured via them. Will look at it again... would be nice if GDI could do that though.
