  Welcome to GDI Tananya!!  If you want to see you're up line( sponsors )  log into you're  website.ws/members, look on the left side of the page and find the tab that says UP LINE- click it and there you will find you're up line ( sponsors ).  You can message them to let them know that you are in GDI now and would like help getting started.

Hello to all the new members!  Welcome to GDI and the GDI forums.

Suzanne, welcome welcome.  Stay excited, that passion and excitement bleeds through to not only your prospects, but to your team members as well.  Now, how to respond to a click.  First, when someone gives their information in your GDI website an autoresponder kicks in and lets them know more about Global Domains International and through information encourages them to join your team.  Let the autoresponder do it's work.  However, you definitely do need to contact that person as soon as you can to let them know that it was your website they came through and to let them know you are available to help.  You definitely only want to contact them once, so write them an email and introduce yourself or better yet, give them a call.  Do not jump right in with information on GDI.  They have seen your website and are getting emails from GDI.  The best thing to do is introduce yourself and then start asking questions.  Is this a good time to talk?  Where are you located?  (Even if you know the answer to that one, ask anyway.  You want them answering your questions so you can start building a relationship.)  How long have you been in network marketing?  How has it gone for you?  What prompted you to enter your information into my website?  Often, simply by asking questions and listening to the answers they will tell you how to get them to sign up on your team.  The trick is to listen and be available for them.

And hi Walter.  I do not know of any blogs specifically that you could look into, but I just did a search for GDI blog and ran across several that looked really nice.  Just Google "GDI blog" and you will find some pretty nice blogs to help out.
