I am reading the instructions for documentation and forms that I need to send you in order to start working with you, but I am not quite sure whether I should use W-8 or W-8BEN form.

There they say that if I receive certain types of income, I must submit the W-8BEN. What does it mean "certain types of income"? I have full time job and I have monthly income, so working with you would be my secondary job. If I need the W-8BEN form, where I can get it? There is no link for it.

All that paper work is confusing me. Could you help me go through?

If your outside of the U.S , fill out the W-8.

Inside the U.S w-9
