Promote offline by advertise on newspaper ?

I'm going to advertise on a local newspaper. I will not to write very clearly but recommend the link. I want to hear you guys opinion or experiences, may I ?

Get your sales message right. Get in wrong and you will get a low conversion rate. Make a draft advert and then show it to people and get their views. Try not to show it to friends as they will not give you an honest answer. Also make sure you webpage is good, it has to look first class to get people to part with their money. People will expect a scam so don't let them think that. Quality, quality and quality!
