I do have one question though
What do i have to do to get the bonuses (the one which offers $100 for every 5 referalls)
Do i need to send in testimonials ect. or is that only if you want to receive the money through paypal

I read the page about getting having to send in testimonials ect. but was that only for paypal users and do i need to do that?
By the way i used a Visa Electron card to pay for my domain
