I would use existing online co-op advertising. It's very affordable and puts your offer infront of alot of targeted audiences.

Thanks for the info, like you I had joined gdi before (around 2000) while it was still new and hot but I let others discourage me and I abandoned the idea, only to  come back to my senses when by now GDI was well known.

ps: I use my GDI hosted page as my church ministry's homepage, and when someone asks me how I got my site online, I introduce product/service side of GDI and the income potential as an added bonus. The key is to focus on GDI as a product/service provider.
