1  .WS Business / Team Building / Adding Time Zone to the sign up process on: May 31, 2011, 09:51:27 AM
I think it would be VERY helpful if GDI adds what time zone prospects live in. After all, when I get a "missed" sign up email or a "new prospect" email, I'm not sure if I should call them if they are out of state cause I don't know what time it is where they live.

I don't want to call them 2am in the morning or anything. Thanks and I hope you take my request into consideration.

I have a suggestion. For piece of mind, I think it'd be a good idea if all new customers are given a short survey about their interest in gdi and it be submitted to their sponser.

ex questions like, did you sign up to stay? have you ever done marketing before? Why did you join? Are you happy with the services of your sponser... etc

This way, we can tell if someone is considering to cancel during their 7 day free trial.
3  .WS/GDI Discussion / Questions & Issues / New affiliates, customers, retail on: May 16, 2011, 04:40:29 PM
Hello. I have 3 questions.

I noticed that I get  3 different emails when someone is added to my downline.

"you have a new affiliate sign up"
"you have a new customer sign up"
"you have a new retail customer sign up"

My question is, how do customers choose which one to sign up under?

Also, If I get a customer sign up, and if they wanted to be an affiliate, how do I let them know how to be an affiliate?

If its a retail customer, am I allowed to email them about the affiliate program although the email specifically said they are only interested in the product?

Thanks You.

Hello. I'm new hear and its great to be apart of the team. I have a question. On the members area, it seems there are some doc. you have to fill out and send via emai. Doc. such as a w8 and other stuff.

Is this information required? If it is, How do I know if my information will be safe? What happens if the docs. are not submitted?

I'm just a little unsure about sending information with my social security number on it so I want to be safe.
