No worries there are times when they update the system. They are not down for long and I have been using them for years. We just must be patient and move on.

I do apologize if your were not aware of this. It would be a great topic to cover at the next Webinar. Why not join us and get it resolved then. Maybe we can start receiving advance notices when the system will be down for updates. Check the Webinars twice a week.

Looking forward in hearing from you soon.

I had that problem once when I added links after I had published it. I just clicked publish from my edit page and that solved my problem.

I have been getting HTTP Error 500 when I try to log in to my wordpress blog. It's been going on for 3 days now.

Can anyone help me with this?

I have had problems with the WordPress plugins numerous times and Technical Support seems stumped as the problems with the WordPress plugins cause WP to crash over and over.

Just curious how many folks are experiencing problems like this.

Technical Support has been notified again

Hello Tommy,

Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with WordPress.

As stated in the WordPress "About" section:

"WordPress is an Open Source project, which means there are hundreds of people all over the world working on it. (More than most commercial platforms.)"

As a result of this, when plugins and themes are being created they are being created by independent developers that may not take into consideration the compatibility of their plugin or theme with that of other plugin or themes from other developers. This may result in conflicts between plugins and themes from different developers. The conflicts among plugins or themes may results in breaks in the website blog, errors during login, websites not displaying properly, white page errors, etc. This has nothing to do with GDI or their services.

Please keep in mind that GDI does not provide web design support. All members are responsible for their own website content. As a courtesy though, GDI support staff is always more than willing to assist their customers in finding possible solutions and fixes to their WordPress problems.

I was able to contact GDI's support team and it appears the issue with your blog has been resolved. If in the future you need assistance feel free to contact the GDI support team again or if you would like, you may also visit http://wordpress.org/support which is a support forum ran by WordPress users.

Anyone know what's going on?

I sent a support ticket in on the website.ws main members site the other day, but haven't got any replies yet.

Thanks Jeff Drudge

When I sent a ticket to support they replied, but it seemed like they weren't even aware of the issue.
