     Can I register more than one account for my friends using (only one and the same PayPal) acount as a payment
method for monthly payment??

Never come across this question before. Have you read any of the agreements?

I don't remember them mentioning anything like this.

It could cause problems if your account was ever reviewed. You may be accused of abusing the affiliate program - by signing up two accounts under one individual to earn more commissions.

lets keep it real. Everyone can setup a Paypal account within less than five minutes. You can setup one for each person. You can transfer funds from your account to theirs. Then they can pay for service.
