My website is all messed up, got an email saying it was switched to hosting

I had my website all set up for wordpress blog...was going good. then i get this email from from ws domains

Your hosting account for nichols300.ws has been activated
and is ready for IMMEDIATE use!

Here is the information you need to configure your FTP program so
you can upload your site's files to our server:

Address or Host: ftp.hosting.ws

that was the first part of the email. How do I turn hosting off as I do not want this nor do I know how to use or...I dont even know how it got turned on lol.
