Problems getting into my .ws email

For some reason my link in the members area only indicates the .website  and not the emails for my .ws
I had created email accounts for family on the .ws and now i cannot see them and they cannot log in or see there emails.

What is the score.

A couple of days ago my wife logged into her account ok but today Nothing.
She has bills sent to this address so what could be the problem.
I have sent the details to helpline support but i do not have an account for them to reply to.

Any admin here to point me in the right direction, i can call but need a number.
