Can Anyone Please Help Explain My Downline In His Concern Below

Hello,
I have a question. I sponsored someone to join but they are not in my downline, do I have to have an active account before it shows up because I am in trial status?

Patrick have you check since after two days since they joined. They should be showing as Trail Member under you link. Once you have finished you trial period. Check you downline area and if they have no shown. Then just email for support with headquarters. You will get credit for them being a signed up member. You should have received a notice from our computer verification of new member with their contact information. If you have not verify if they even completed the process. They may have changed their minds once we request for payment information.

Normally should be there. How do you know that you did sponsored?. maybe he or her  registered somewhere else?. ask them.
