I have tried to follow the guidelines given to upload my personal photo but the photo is not visible. I used the url to upload it. Can someone out there help me to sort out this?

I thought you said your a graphic designer and all that stuff. You are having problems with basic steps to add a photo? Contact system support and if that fails you can contact me and I will walk you through it.
