New to GDI, Question on making a webstie

Hi,

I'm struggling to understand what website i'm supposed to be making...

My intention is to refer others to join GDI.  Am I supposed to be making a GDI promotion page then?

I assume making a website based on me and my interests is not as usefull if my goal is to get others to join up to GDI.

I should be plastering the page with GDI vids and "click me to join " buttons right?
