Changing your domain name

Is there a possibility at all that a person can actually change their domain name?

I did this when I first started. I had to contact support and ask about it but basically what I did was had to purchase a new domain name for $10 and then the next month support cancelled out my first one. My suggestion is to contact support and they will let you know how to do it.
