Well I agree with all posts. A welcome email so important. That tells the person that there are real human beings there to guide them every step of the way. That is a big plus for me.

I will do my utmost to follow up on all leads. Thanks for the post.

I agree that it is important to send the welcome email to the newbies,  however;  as a new customer
it is very important to get responses to email to the people in your upline. This is one Problem I have had.
