1  .WS Business / Team Building / Re: Do you move your downline members? on: November 01, 2009, 05:37:01 AM
I Want to ask Every One a Q? I've been in GDI since March and when I started my down line started to help me get people and I asked him about moving people under some of the other people to help them and he told me "if I moved any one in my down line he would stop helping me"
now from what I.v read on this forum your suppose to help your down line
now I've got 67 people in my down line but the total number of people in my system is like 197 people if i was able to move people in my system i might still have them I know I cant have 100% retention but I think when i see almost 200 people come through my line and I cant even keep half of them become my up line wouldn't let me help my down line I don't know what to do now also is their a Tip anyone can give me to help me get people in my down line I have advertising going I have had 9 people in 200 enter their name got sent to my GDI prospect list but not one sign up yet  I know people don't want to give their secrets away because it wouold take away from your system but I'm running out of IDEAS hear
Thanks For Your Time Hope To Hear From You All Soon

There seems to be quite a bit of confusion out there as to whether or not
we should move our downline members or not.

Some don't do it because they fear losing their GDI weekly bonus, but it seems
clear to me that GDI gives bonuses on your referrals, not your placements.

Also, GDI send out emails suggesting we build a stable organization of 10 wide, 5 down matrix.

That's what I'm doing now.  I figure if I help all my first level members get into
profit ASAP, the more excited they will be and I will have eliminated any chance of attrition.
It makes sense.

Why do I need to build a mamoth-sized first level anyway when my 3rd, 4th,
and 5th level are so much smaller?

I think it makes a lot of sense to move members to help our downline.

What does the rest of this forum think?

The most effective way to increase retention on
your TEAM is by giving guidance, direction and
support with a personal touch, consistently!

The quickest way to experience attrition is not
respond to emails and calls from your downline
Members.

Each Member deserves commitment and contact
from their Upline. You have the resources of the
Forum, My.WS Training, Radio Show plus, all the
tools in your GDI member area, to experience on-
going positive momentum.
