35  .WS/GDI Discussion / Questions & Issues / Re: How do i get my downline motivated? on: March 15, 2006, 07:43:00 PM
Paul,

I Can understand your concern some people take it serious while others looking for the next get rich quick business.

Unfortunately, here to burst their bubble No Get Rich Quick business that I know of in this industry.

It takes determination, Lot of the P's  to be successful. If those downline members aren't responding to your emails its their loss not yours.

What I would do is send one final email stating if alright that you will continue to communicate, and if they need help to not hesistate to ask and go on to your next serious Leader.

The key point to remember is that like any business you will have people who just want to use the product and services, and some who are serious about working from home.

Its are job to find those people and arm them with the tools to be successful.

To your Success,

Howie Martell

Jessica,

I fully understand where you are coming from think everyone agrees its a little akward at first dropping cards on the front windshield or leaving them with a cashier after a conversation ect.

But if you overcome the fear factor this will become second nature to you and be able to maxmize your advertising locally.

Leaders are people who will do above what anyone else does they think outside the box and not afraid of failure.

So have fun and keep track of your results compare them to other advertising methods.

Remember your the boss and not everyone will qualify to be part of your team.

Jessica,

If you received a flyer at your door or on your car been doing this in Hawaii with no problem.

Different states have certain rules sure you can check with your local chamber of commerence.

I also leave business cards every where go listed in the 50 places to market cards ect...

Think outside the box and don't be afraid to try something new that is the power of marketing a home business.

You control how much effort you put in on daily basis and this will reflect how your business grows.

My daily plan of action consist of reading my goals, and also picking up one of the many highly recommended books on this wonderful industry.

I am currently reading a great book by Kevin Hogan "The Science of INFLUENCE" How to get anyone to say Yes in 8 Minutes or Less!

So each of you who want to grow your  business make time for yourself and enjoy the postive feeling reading brings.

Hello,

Everyone

I understand how people feel if their business hasn't taken off, but how many of you have used any of the resources which some of

the members have mentioned in the past and present.

Truly, I  can tell you having a home business is not for everyone this is why we need to be very selective in who we bring into the

business.

Advertising this is must  to have more people to call or email then you have time for and qualify the serious ones for your time.

If you don't the people who you try to force into the business will backfire on you not everyone is cut out or disciplined to work from home.

Remember their is numerous trainings available from different GDI Leader attend them or listen to the archived radio show or

G0-TEAM recorded calls.

For you who want to treat this like a business these tools their to give back and help you have a edge.

Take care

Howie Martell

To become a leader you must have a solid game plan.

Next you must not quit when you get discouraged because your business will not grow overnight without some effort.

Mainly, you must be willing to do above and beyond what your currently doing.

You should make contact with your upline or leaders within GDI.

To start must find a duplicable system which has been tested by other members examples located at www.wealth411.ws

We at the G0-TEAM try to help not only are team but other members who use the resources and educational tools.

If we didn't have great results we wouldn't put the information out to all affiliates.

44  .WS/GDI Discussion / General Comments / Re: Takes too long on: February 03, 2006, 07:27:12 PM
Hello,

All New and Old members wanted to add a post since think this is important for all members who are serious.

How many of you have a plan 30- 60 - 90 day and a 2 year or 5 year?

How many of you think getting 5 new to join your business is hard if so this is reality we are in a business.

No one said it would be easy but with a very supportive team globally you can take what you learn in the forum and hopefully from your upline and educate your downline.

So if you haven't contacted your upline on all 5 levels ask for help if not their plenty of serious minded individuals who willing to show you the right way to run a successful business with resources.

So stay postive and focused and don't let anyone say you can't reach your goals.

45  .WS Business / Marketing / why do we dread the phone my experience on: January 29, 2006, 10:54:33 PM
You have brought up a good point.  but what I have learned from my experience with the phone is that to build rapore quickly and find qualified business partners the phone is one of the key communication tools.

The reason being is that if we get to the prospect while their still watching the movie we have a better chance of having them be more receptive to answering simple qualifying questions via the phone.

Email to me works good but it doesn't build personnel rapore with people who interested in having a  affordable business.

The interview process is simple are main goal is to qualify these people via the phone by building rapore, and gathering information about why they need a home business.

Next we want to set up a time whether it be via the phone, instant messaging, email to answer their top 3 questions about the company.

I direct people to the dvd presentation and offer a free gift to them via email showing them value their time.

Finally, to be successful at any business you have to do things that other people won't do, one being building relationships via the phone!

Be a champion and overcome the fear of the phone you to can have great success!

Take Care

Howie Martell
