Hi just wondering I have a gdi account so who can i signup like spouse, kids how many under same roof plus can i sign them using my debit card...

Hello Quinton,

GDI does not impose a limit on how many persons from the same household can register an account with GDI. However, each person must register their account themselves and agree to GDI's Terms and Conditions as well as our company's policies.

Hi! Im a new member here. I am still a free trial member and i wonder if i can earn money even if it is free trial. I want to raise fund until i can afford the membership fee. How will I delete my account incase im not satisfied with it?  I am still in the decision process if ill take it or not. tanx Cheesy

Hello Benedict,

One of the best selling points of the GDI opportunity is that it allows trial members to accrue commissions during their free trial. Trial members can refer prospects to their replicated affiliate sites and as prospects sign up they will help your downline grow. However, you will not be able to be paid commissions until your account becomes active.

If for any reason you wish to discontinue your GDI membership, you may do so by contacting our cancellation support department by calling (1) 760-602-3000 between Monday and Friday from 8AM-5PM Pacific Standard Time, choose the appropriate option from the menu, and we will be happy to assist you. Alternate methods of cancellation will not be accepted.

NOTE: Our office hours are based on the Pacific Standard Time Zone. Please make sure when contacting our office that you please do so from a time in your local time zone that is within GDI’s hours of operation. For more information on Time Zones and Time zone differences, please visit http://www.worldtimezone.com/. For information on proper long distance or international calling procedures, please visit http://www.countrycallingcodes.com/.

do I have to add a Credit/Debit card to my paypal in order to use it as a payment method?
if my paypal got funds but dont have any Credit/Debit card attach to it?

Hello Marc-Jerry,

GDI does not require for you to fund your PayPal account using a specific method. How you choose to fund your PayPal account is completely up to you. The PayPal account you intend to use just has to be active and in good standing.

81  .WS/GDI Discussion / Questions & Issues / Re: Gift card question on: September 23, 2010, 02:52:35 PM
I've gotten a gift card and I was wondering way will happen when it expires

Hello Zack,

I'm not quite sure of what you are asking about with the information you have provided so I will try to do my best to provide you with useful information Smiley. Gift Cards are available for 1, 2, 6, and 12 months.

If you have purchased a gift card that is for 2, 6, or 12 months then Gift Card will not expire until a year from the date of purchase. 1 month Gift Cards expire 30 days after the date they were issued.

If you received a Gift Card and you have already redeemed it, then the gift card will expire after however many months (1,2,6,12 months) the gift card was purchased for. After the time on your gift card has ran out, then your account will go on a month to month basis and we will attempt to secure your monthly domain service fees from whatever preferred payment method you have on file.
82  .WS/GDI Discussion / Questions & Issues / Re: Can I have my sole proprietorship as a separate GDI account? on: September 07, 2010, 11:45:27 AM
I'm guessing "No" because a sole prop can use my SSN so it is like I'm signing up twice. But I'm also guessing that there would be no conflict if I signed up as an individual and then signed up my Inc., LLC, Corp, etc. business as its own account because it is its own entity with its own EIN. Am I correct?

Thanks for the replies ahead of time and success to our respective GDI Empires!!! =)

Hello Waylon,

Per section #32 of our Independent Affiliate Policies and Procedures, members are unable to have multiple GDI accounts.

32. A partnership, limited liability company or corporation may be an Affiliate. However, no individual may have an interest, legal or equitable, in more than one (1) GDI business or Affiliate Agreement in any form without express written permission from GDI. Only in the most extreme and extraordinary circumstances will this be considered.

I hope to create another business based upon the GDI affiliate program that also offers other goods and services. Is this allowed?

I hope to give my customers discounts if they choose to sign up with GDI. Is this allowed?

I hope to guarantee potential affiliates that they will make money if they get more than 10 people to join their downline. Is this allowed?

I hope to manage the accounts of individuals who don't have bank accounts or who are uncomfortable using the Internet by using a pre-paid credit card. Is this allowed?

Am I allowed to charge people to help them build and maintain their sites?

Am I, as a GDI affiliate, allowed to say "we offer" in reference to the product that GDI offers? And can I call it, "our product," or refer to myself or my personal company as a member of GDI (e.g. "we at GDI")?

Hello Willeum,

Answers are in red.

I hope to create another business based upon the GDI affiliate program that also offers other goods and services. Is this allowed?

As a GDI Independent Affiliate you are considered the equivalent of an independent contractor. You may run your own business which may include GDI's products and services along with any other products and services you wish to promote AS long as they are not in direct competition with GDI's products and services. You would be responsible for making sure your business is ran in a professional and ethical manner. Any promotion of GDI's products and services by your company must be done in accordance to GDI's Terms of Service, Independent Affiliate Agreement Terms and Conditions, and Independent Affiliate Policies and Procedures. Any violations of any of the agreements previously mentioned may result in suspension and/or termination of your account.

I hope to give my customers discounts if they choose to sign up with GDI. Is this allowed?

Affiliates are unable to offer any additional discounts or offers to their prospects other than the ones that GDI might be offering at the time.

I hope to guarantee potential affiliates that they will make money if they get more than 10 people to join their downline. Is this allowed?

Affiliates are unable to make any type of income guarantees.

I hope to manage the accounts of individuals who don't have bank accounts or who are uncomfortable using the Internet by using a pre-paid credit card. Is this allowed?

NO. Every member should be responsible for registering and maintaining their own account.

Am I allowed to charge people to help them build and maintain their sites?

As with any legitimate business, you may charge for services you render to your customers; such as web design. If such is the case, you MUST clearly indicate to your customers that such services and fees are being charged by YOU and not by GDI. You are not an employee of GDI and any guarantees, agreements between you and your customers, or  problems that might arise YOU will assume any and all responsibility.

Am I, as a GDI affiliate, allowed to say "we offer" in reference to the product that GDI offers? And can I call it, "our product," or refer to myself or my personal company as a member of GDI (e.g. "we at GDI")?

You are a GDI Independent Affiliate, when referencing any of our products and services it must be done in such a manner that there could be no possible misrepresentation of you being a direct employee of GDI.
85  .WS/GDI Discussion / Questions & Issues / Re: Income Calculator on: August 29, 2010, 12:22:16 AM
Hello,

I just have a question about the Income Calculator.
The calculator does not work when the referral value is set to 0 (zero).
To my opinion you already start earning income with one signup regardless if this person signed up new people by itself. So in this case it should be able to set this value to zero.

Greetings,

Ron
Netherlands

Hello Ron,

If you have not referred anyone to GDI, then there is no possible way for you to earn commissions. The income calculator is to be used for illustrative and educational purposes. To put it simply, it's meant to help potential customers get an idea of the potential income they could earn. If someone doesn't referrer anyone then there is nothing to multiply the referrals by so the answer would be zero (0 x 0 = 0).

Commissions are earned by referring others to our products and services.

In order to properly use the income all values must be higher than 0.

Hope the information provided was helpful.

87  .WS/GDI Discussion / Questions & Issues / Re: Can i delete this new domain that i registered and change to a new one? on: August 25, 2010, 09:43:39 AM
Hi Im Nina. I have a question. Can i delete this new domain tht i registered and change to a new one?

Hello Nina,

What you can do in this case is purchase another domain with the name you would like to have and cancel the domain you no longer want by contacting our support department directly at support@wsdomains.ws.

You can purchase another domain from within your account by following these simple steps:

    * Log into your account at www.website.ws/members.
    * Scroll down there is a button that reads "Domains", click on it.
    * Write in the name of the domain you wish to have, where it says "Check Domain Availability".
    * If available click the "Continue" button, if not type in a different domain you would like and then click continue.
    * If you want to order more domains, click the "Order More Domains" button, if not click the "Complete Payment" button and proceed with further on screen instructions.

Hope this was able to help you out.

90  .WS Business / Marketing / Back By Popular Demand, 5 GDI Lead Capture Pages! on: August 19, 2010, 04:25:17 PM
Following are the direct links to 5 different lead capture pages, these pages were once a part of the regular affiliate replicated page rotation. As GDI advanced and improved some of the current templates, these pages ended up getting removed from the rotation. However, due to popular demand we have decided to restore their function and they are once again available for affiliate use. Best of all the only place to obtain the direct links is here on The Official GDI Forum!
