Yes it will change from purple to blue , then to green after they are done the trial. And for the question number 2 i think they will be brown if they opted out. hope this helps

go to forwarding , then change the forwarding address to your site name. i think that might solve your problem. I think thats what i did when i was building my site!

I don't agree with your "Don't market GDI (domains/hosting).  That's just selling people another problem. " , that is the very back bone of this company, the domain sites, with 22 million site a year being sold and  500 million site projected to be activated in the next ten years , should be another clue to you this is very important to market, as well as the income opportunity. If people don't buy the domain sites then the company doesn't  make money ,then we will not make money.  If i took what you wrote out of context then im sorry.
