One of the great things about GDI is you do not have to spend a ton of money. Just keep working and it will come. Nothing happens overnight. Keep your attitude up and don't listen to the negative people. Tune them out. I think many of the people that say negative things about what we are doing-do not want us to succeed. If we did that would prove them wrong. Ignore them. We know they will never get anywhere. If they are happy in their cubical or whatever-let them stay there. People like us just have higher expectations of ourselves and are willing and able to make those expectations real. We dance to our own tune. So dance away and make this happen for YOU. Forget about THEM. What do they know?

Read all the forum posts from back to front. Dig into the back office information. Thats all the stuff on the left after you log in. It took me a while to figure out what everyone was referring to by BACK OFFICE. Really had me stumped.
I am in Florida so ya'll just sit back and read and learn. Soon all will make sense. Promise.

That's what I did Chip and I also looked at everyone website if it was on the list of members with sites. To get an idea of what others were doing with their sites. I must say there are some truelly great looking sites at .ws now! I took a while to read alllll the posts but it was well worth my time. I learned a lot of stuff! The most important STUFF is that other members here are ready and wanting to help all the new members. That means-Dont be afraid to ask for help! There are NO dumb questions. So ask away!

I big GDI welcome to all the new members! I am sure you will all do well if you keep your positive attitude and enthusiasm levels up. Sure everyone has a bad day or gets discouraged. And it's a good idea to take a day away from this now and then. You don't want to burn out before you get going-that's for sure!
We have a super duper support system here. If you have questions-just ask. There are a lot of members that are extreemly helpfull on this forum. Let them help you.
I have been with GDI about 3 months now and think I am doing pretty well for someone that's never done any online marketing. Lots to learn! So learn all you can and take a break now and then and if you really want to do this-look at it from the long run aspect. It's work. But it's fun work and it is not in a cubical with anyone watching you over your shoulder. EEEaakkk! I HATE that! Do your best and know it does take time. but this is the right place to be. And you finally found it!
