My favorites are so long I can't find anything in them without a huge search. Is there a GDI favorites I missed somewhere? Otherwise you can print out stuff like this and keep it in a file.

Seems I remember some other posts from deaf people. Use the search tool at the top and type in deaf and see if it pulls up those posts.

How about adding in the training area where they have the flyer with the car, some of the great flyers GDI members have made themselves? And the same for the leads first emails and followup emails. Put the best ones in the training area for other members to use too.

For sure I understand. Mistakes happen. I'd like to know why this person felt the need to flame you for it though. That's just wrong. Sorry that happened to you. You have made many very good posts on the forum. I hope you continue to post as I always look forward to your ideas.
