Jason, I like your website!! You are doing a fine job. Congratulations!! I did notice you typed the word "got" instead of "go" in one paragraph. Just thought I would let you know. All my best, Norma

I was looking for a business I could work from the comfort of my own home. But, I didn't want to have to purchase a lot of tapes or books to learn how to conduct my business. I also didn't want to back myself into the corner with inventory. To tell the truth I didn't think there was any business out there that would come close to meeting my desires and needs. I was wrong!! Praise God!! I am happy to admit it. When I took the time to actually pay attention to an invitation I received from a .ws GDI member I was blown away. I was impressed with the movie presentation but when I tried out their calculator to see the long range financial possibility I was sold. One thing I have always known is it takes time to build any business. For only $10.00 per month I knew I could afford the time. There wasn't really that much to learn either and I found all the support I could ever need. I consider my .ws GDI business opportunity a blessing from God and I am proud to spread the word!! My main goal is to make enough money to set up more shelters for the homeless and to provide more soup kitchens to feed the hungry. I would also love the ability to help the orphans along the way! All my best, Norma

I just viewed your website, Kim. Wow!! I thought I was on a trip in Vegas. Really it gave me the feeling of having a party. The letters were even dancing. It was a facinating trip!! Very creative. But where is the music? I actually turned up my speaker to make sure I wasn't missing it. Great job!! All my best, Norma

If you are calculating the ones you sign up only without taking into consideration the no. of members your sign ups will also bring in then your tally card will be way off. Believe me it takes time and patience to build any business. All we have to do is keep on keeping on. Refuse to look backwards!! The finish line isn't back there, it is ahead. I can't stress enough the importance of believing in yourself. If you keep working to get the word out to all the people you can, then you are sowing seeds. The harvest will come!! All my best, Norma

I believe in having the new members review every area of their back office thoroughly before anything else. Then, they can present all their questions to me. This saves time and frustration at the very beginning. I have three-wayed downline members on a call so we could go over different questions together. Of course there will be other questions that come up from time to time but that is expected. I welcome all their questions at any time. I find the three way calls help to build a stronger rapport quickly for the team. All my best, Norma

Fortunately I haven't had any spam complaints after sending out up to 75,000 leads since I started in February. I have now stopped the purchased lead programs since I am concerned over spam. I have decided to build my own list from direct contact so I have been busy coming up with other marketing plans to build my business. All my best, Norma

.WS Business / Team Building / Re: Downline retention!
|

I have lost several members in my down line also. Yet, I don't blame myself, the company, the product or anything. I spent time emailing and even calling these members. They soon learned I would be there for them since I received calls after the midnight hour on more than one occassion. I always answered with a cheerful voice and attitude. I also typed up the minutes to all the team calls and shared them with those who missed the call. Every thing I could think of to keep them informed and active was utilized. I believe the underlying cause is inside each individual. For instance, even though they are sold on the product, they may not be sold on their own ability to be successful with it. Or, they just don't have the patience to stick with something long enough to see positive results. So my suggestion is to continue trying to support each downline member but don't allow ourselves to become frustrated when we lose some along the way. Afterall, more will take their place. All my best, Norma
