Yellow pages is a great ideal, but you got to remember they get alot of people trying to sell them something so its better to start with your business associates. If you have a friend in real estate start there and them maybe you can do a meeting and greet to get other realtors interested in your product. Cold calling is not always good, also it may be illegal if they are on the do not call list.

I have used various ways they all work for a time then you will need to change up. I have used PTC, Networking, Flyers-not very cost affective not guaranteed results. I have also looked into blogging its to much information . So fine what works best for you and use it for a bit and then change up. Do flyers if no signup do PTC if  no sign up network.  or mayber advertise in local paper.

Some cities in california have laws posted stating no poster on cars. Sometimes the security guard on duty will tell you to remove them. It just depends on where you live. I have been in Los Angeles county and San Bernardino county  and one county may be more stricker than others.

I am new also,  Names rebecca from california. Trying to figure out what to put on the website. I would like to make money today. I have one possible lead as of the first day. Hopefully others will sign up I sent about 30 emails out the first day to people that are already registered with me with something. Else, took a few hours to go through the GDI still need to look at the other items sucha as ADsense etc.. So maybe a few of us could network together...
