Hello everyone my name is sherry, I have a question. I have a person in my downline that is way pass there 7-day trial, about a week over. I had tried to contact this person, with no reply. I have contacted support, and not much they could do only send him an email. I don’t want to sound money hungry. I decided to join so that I could make some money at least. So, if this person don’t pay, and gets sign ups that means I lose. I don’t want to come off as a money hungry person. I just try to succeed at what I do.

This sherry, I only been at this for 3 days and  I have someone who has made a order of one DVD. What do I do? I have no DVD? It ask me to and approve or deny this DVD request. I Approved it but now it ask about shipping.. I have nothing to ship, lol.

My name is Sherry and I am new to this. I just started a few days ago, and I was up for this advancer. I placed ads, and did what anyone would do I guess"get the word out". I am here now stuck for words ”OMG”.  I just had a sign up and I am scared to death, lol. I must sound like a kid. I have this person that will ask question on what is going on, how it works, and what to do. I am not sure myself on how it works. I just started and not sure what to do here. I sent a letter to welcome this person to the team. I also referred them to this forum.
Not sure what to do, maybe just stop what I am doing because how can I help someone, when I don’t know myself.
