If somebody fills in the form on the feedback page - where would I see the info ??

The guest book ok I can see the comments but the feedback page ??

I have changed my website information.  When I first set up my website I only put adverts in it.  Then I saw other websites and learned from them!!  Now I have changed everything and added more content!! 

Can you please review my website and tell me HONESTLY what you think and if I need to change some things?
