Hi, I've signed up for this 7 day free trial but I've not been able to view the entire video yet. Every time I play it, it stops just short of the half way mark. I've tried other browsers to no avail. what I've seen is very intriguing but not sufficient to sell me on the whole concept. My sponser has no answers for me. Can you help?
