I have built my website, but I am not familiar with ftp, but I did copy some info from microsoft about ftp and I am still lost!  Can someone help me on how to do this.  I have already clicked on ws hosting for my site.

I have been working on my site for about a week and now that I am ready to upload the site to ws hosting I am having a cow!  I am so confused about ftp and need some directions.  Maybe I am just burnt out on trying to figure everything out

Anyway my site is www.dkay.ws and I believe I have it all ready, but now I need to get it uploaded!  Can somebody help me please?
