Anyone from Malaysia has received a cheque or commission via bank wire transfer from GDI??

How much is the processing fee for cashing a US cheque in Malaysia??

I've entered a name which is different from the name shown on my IC for my GDI's account name.... will this be a problem when I want to cash GDI's cheque or has my commission transferred to my local bank account???
