Having spent the better part of my last 10-15 years looking at quite a few different type MLM companies, the thought that comes to mind as I read the posts in here is that you have to keep plugging away.  Any business worth its weight takes time and each of us comes in from a different angle (plenty of money, no money, plenty of time, no time, plenty of contacts, no contacts, outgoing personality, shyness lol).  Many have built downlines in different ways. 

The one thought that always keeps me going is this: Mark Yarnells upline practically dropped him well before he made his first million.  Up to 6 different upline members of Mark Yarnells "mentors and trainers" walked away from bonues that reached over $100,000.  So when you recruit that one little recruit.  Whose to say that that one recruit isnt the one that will take GDI thru the roof and you to your very own Ferrari?

I have to say that I have never seen a forum within a MLM company.  After browsing thru the forums here, I have to admit that the ideas shared here and the "teamwork" approach is alive and well here at Global Domains.  I can remember when GDI was first being promoted and I think back to thinking that there are already too many places to register a domain.  I couldnt see this new company surviving.  But lo and behold it did.  So now I look back and think, why did I wait so long.  Year after year GDI kept growing. 
 
I am 41 yrs old with 19 yrs of service with the government.  Who knows, as I look back.  If I had started with GDI since the beginning, would I have made it to even 15 yrs a few years ago?  Anyways, looking forward to keeping busy on this board.  I am actually a Administrator with a very small board that has somewhat been forgotten by its parent company Hispanic Magazine.  So, I get to see what its like to be moderated once again lol. 

Very new here in my first couple of hours to be exact.  Just wondering if the school idea that began this thread ever made it to fruitation?  It seems like a nice concept but like all things worthwhile perhaps it had a few hurdles.  So did anyone try this idea and what obstacles did you encounter?
