I have a paid sign up, and he is currently active. I was wondering when my commission will show up in my commission section. I havn't turned in my documents yet, as I have only been here just under 2 weeks.

Also, I have 16 people currently in my downline, 2 with payment method and 1 active. How can I get the rest to convert over to paid?
