Yup Sometimes it take 24hours for a post of mine to show. However, I have been on other forums that do not screen new posts and the forum fills up with spam. I much perfer this way.

Personally, I would be honest with them. You should also assure them that as your DL grows you will also help them. Show them in the back office where you can move your DL to other members. Also make sure they have enough knowledge and training that they are no depending on you without putting in any work. This is just my opinion I hope it helps.

I simple but effective way to create backlinks is adding your website to your signature line in forums. It takes less then five minutes andyou should were going to be posting anyways. The more good backlinks you have the higher you will rank in th search engines.
