I am fully capable of building a fancy website, but decided to use the SiteBuilder to show others exactly what they can expect if they sign up and build their own website.

I am brand new to this program and want to start off on the right foot making everything I do easily duplicatable.

http://ISPcash.ws

FANTASTIC...you don't want to give people the impression that building websites is "too difficult" or that they have to master the tricks to trade...

As a matter of fact a friend of mine from church wants me to pitch this to her husband. He wants to build a website with his business, yet he has no knowledge of web design.

I have a fancy updo linked to the page...but I my biggest foe is convincing the "web-phobic" to take their show to the www. If I showed them my "skills" they would automatically think that their site must look the par to get attention...

Market what is offered by .ws (keep it simple) because you certainly can accomplish a lot with what GDI has provided...this online building is great... Cheesy
3  .WS Services / WebSite Development / Re: Site Builder - Template Suggestion on: October 22, 2005, 03:20:39 AM
Hello,

Support Team:

Do you plan on adding kid related templates to the sitebuilder?

This would be an excellent thing to have for those of us
that will to market towards moms... I think it would certainly
help us target a huge market.. ONLINE there really are not
many kid related templates.. AND it would certainly be a good
selling point.. even more templates for families, etc.. like the
baby one you have in there already...

Thank you,
Stacy Perez   Cheesy

Stacy I think this is an excellent idea...Teachers are great for this too...So how about some "school" templates?Huh
4  .WS Services / WebSite Development / Re: I offer more than just .ws on: October 22, 2005, 03:17:02 AM
Good practice this. You should always stay on theme though. In other words if you are selling GDI stay with the computer/internet theme. Don't add casinos and underwater basket weaving.

Stress this enough and it will catch on ...remember that we are primarily marketing e-business solutions so dilly dallying with stuff that makes you feel good like music! is a web faux paw unless it is easy listening and voice over to help propagate them through your page...

Jazz or easy listening...not blaring sounds...soft rock...soft country rock...soft r & b...JUST KEEP IT DOWN!!!

5  .WS Services / Showcase Your Website / Re: Why Do I need a website- Your suggestions please on: October 22, 2005, 03:17:02 AM
I think the main answer to this, is that in this day and age a website is a must.

Since the website obtained from GDI is a personal one, and can be used for anything, this should be taken as a huge opportunity for any project the prospect may have had in mind.

Business (Gdi and/or any other)
Family (staying in contact as a lot of families are dispersed. A chance to show latest photos and more to share with family)
Personal (any other personal motivation)

I guess its all in the way you put it across that really matters.

Hope this helps

Rachel Bouchet

Rachel I totally agree with you...for I was just communicating this to friends and family who think that www is just email...shake me wake me...

And not just any site. Some of you guys have some really nice information, but your site is too busy...people don't want to spend a lot time falling asleep at their computer...

Shorten the walk to golden fleece, and leave the other stuff in background!!~

7  .WS Services / WebSite Development / Re: Uploading web pages from Microsoft Frontpage on: October 22, 2005, 03:13:33 AM
You must elect "webhost" under the domain option...for a custom site

GDI doesn't allow you to alter the template. Which I think is good, it is excellent quality control~

Site builder is template driven. It is nice to quickly get your page jump-started and get your url's and meta info introduced into the search engines...It has been know to take sometime...but given that this is .ws it should accelerate what would normally take .com's months to show up~

I hope this answered your question
8  .WS Business / Marketing / Re: DVD Preview... on: October 22, 2005, 03:13:33 AM
Umm, actually, if GDI says that it is okay for affiliates to duplicate the DVD’s, then it wouldn’t impinge on any copyright laws because they unequivocally agreed to let us reproduce them. In my opinion, it shouldn’t matter because it would ultimately benefit them anyway. Think about it.
If it takes a long time to download... that is a tell-tale that it is too long...cut it up...prospects like to "get in and get out" time is of the essence

Hi! My name is Kristi. I am very new, just started the 7 day free trial. I would welcome and appreciate any information to help me get my business off and running!  Thank you in advance!!!! Grin

Hi Kristi...

this is a virtual entity...if you discovered this online...chances are you will unlock you wealth there also...

apply all techniques even the ones that seem impossible...try them anyway...

build your site...think of it as your house...

<<my sister told me recently that she doesn't pay attention to the numbers when she comes into the complex where i live...she looks for the "wreath" on the door...she is lost without it...>>

this is an excellent metaphor for welcoming people...get your wreath on your door!!!

Good afternoon...

I am Dronellar, 35 years old and a new affiliate with GDI and I am excited to be offered the wealth of financial potential for doing something that I already do. Hello to all. With just one question to ask, I think this is just about the best stroke of good fortune that I have received since I retired this past June 2005.

Looking forward to the dialog...I love learning!!!
