Hi!  My name is Shelly Shoop and I began setting up my website on 2/14/2010.  My website was easy to create but the ad boxes don't show any ads in them yet.  I'm guessing this is why I've not earned any commissions yet.  I have another website set up through another company and the ads autopopulated in the boxes instantly.  I began earning commissions instantly as well.  I feel like I'm missing a step.  If not, I don't think I want to continue my subscription.  Still waiting for a response from my "personal administrator."
