.WS Business / Marketing / Is this a good idea?

I am new to this , so please pardon me if this is not a good idea. Is it smart to put my URL in traffic boost sties. they usually cost like 40 - 50 bucks. has this helped anyone?? I am just seeing if this is a waste of money before i do it

I am new to this but I am trying to get the ball moving as quickly as possible. This seems to be a great opportunity to many people. I am glad to be a part of this.
