Title: Can I have my sole proprietorship as a separate GDI account? Post by: Waylon_S on September 07, 2010, 11:38:29 AM I'm guessing "No" because a sole prop can use my SSN so it is like I'm signing up twice. But I'm also guessing that there would be no conflict if I signed up as an individual and then signed up my Inc., LLC, Corp, etc. business as its own account because it is its own entity with its own EIN. Am I correct?
Thanks for the replies ahead of time and success to our respective GDI Empires!!! =) Title: Re: Can I have my sole proprietorship as a separate GDI account? A partnership, limited liability company or corporation may be an Affiliate. However, no individual may have an interest, legal or equitable, in more than one (1) GDI business or Affiliate Agreement in any form without express written permission from GDI. Only in the most extreme and extraordinary circumstances will this be considered. |
