I was curious about this, since I'm trying to keep expenses low as a new rep.

To each is there own...you know what they say...24/7 for me i have my internet plugged in to my phone, was'nt long ago when i had a pay phone for a phone number. times are changing you don't see many pay phones anymore...LOL...

Hey! They have those phones where you pay as you go and dont get stuck with a contract...
Sort of sounds like GDI pay as you go...LOL

Hi Babers,

It is absolutely not essential to own a cellphone in this business.

It is advisable to call new prospects and leads by phone.  This will definitely increase your conversion rate.  However, you can of course call from any phone you choose.  It does not need to be a cell phone.

And calling leads or prospects is not essential, simply advisable.  You can email them if you like, or even use postal mail.  And keep in mind GDI also sends out several emails on your behalf when someone shows interest in GDI.
