Hi, John, my name is Michael Petty. I'm not sure who you shared GDI with but be sure to share it with the right target market, which is other network marketers... but you need to lead with value showing them that you can help them be successful. I share ideas at my blog michaelwpetty.com. I suggest started at http://michaelwpetty.com/recommends/

Your target market is other network marketers (those involved or looking to get involved). What they are looking for is what you are looking for, someone that can share what works to bring leads and cashflow.
Understand that 90% of others are not going to join you in your business because they already have a business or they may not see you as the leader to follow. So, you need to position yourself as the one they should listen to by sharing what works.
A marketing system ("another program") does this. Almost every top earner has a marketing system. If no-one joins my GDI business, I share with them tool and resources that they will need or can use to build their business allowing me to make money whether they join GDI or not.
When I got the Funded Proposal concept my lead flow and cashflow increased. Lots of people ignore the "another program" and wonder why they're not growing and making money.
People join people not businesses. If you're a leader that can show others how to build a mlm/direct sales business, you can sell roses in the middle of a major highway and have a team right there with you.
I can share info with you from my program, you don't have to get involved with the program but you can get my info for free "if" want it.
It's in my signature.
Hope you have great success in GDI Henry.

The Real Pyramid
I find it funny that some people in 2012 still thinks a of a home-based business as a one of those pyramid things or “oh like a pyramid.” Some recognize the industry in this way, not necessary being negative though.
Then you have those who are negative saying “This is one of those pyramids, right?” like they smell something funny. Respond to this by saying “You mean like your job, where the ones a top makes all the money while the ones on the bottom struggle, definitely not.”
You have the CEO’s, then the Presidents, Vice-Presidents, Directors, Managers, Supervisors, Team Leaders and the Workforce. Yeah the one at the top makes all the money, sounds like a pyramid to me.
If this is the case, don’t you think it’s a smart idea to put “You” at the top. In a home-based business this is what you’re doing. You are the CEO.
On the back of the dollar bill you’ll find a pyramid with the eye at the top. To me the eye represent that you can see a-lot clearer at the top.
The Confusion
Many people don’t really know what a pyramid “scheme” is. A pyramid scheme is money being traded for money. Send me money and you get on the list to have others send money to you and I’m going to say it… like Cash Gifting… just my opinion. Is not a pyramid scheme when a product is in exchange for money. That’s a sale.

Connect with leaders to learn 2-3 marketing strategies and stick with them until you have mastered them before you move on to other tactics.
