32  .WS Business / Marketing / If you're in the UK, and fancy £100 free Google Adwords credit, click this.... on: September 30, 2011, 11:55:27 AM
Hello fellow GDI affiliates/customers/prospects,

I'm feeling really generous today.....

I have a £100 ($159) Google Adwords voucher that I received a few days ago, in the post.

The truth is, here in the UK, it's 'Indian Summer' week (weathers incredible) so everyone's just feeling lazy, enjoying the sunshine.

Now I want to give the voucher away for free to someone on this discussion forum, but I've come up with some rules first.

 - You must have been a member of this forum for atleast one week.
 - You must have made 10 useful posts on this forum (I will check)

That's about all I can think of (like I said, EVERYONES feeling lazy).

So, It will be done on a 'First come, first serve' basis - The first person to send me a message (do not post a reply to this thread) asking for the £100 voucher will be the lucky person.

The voucher is only valid here in the United Kingdom. So you must be in the UK to use it.

This is just my way of saying thank you, for taking the time to contribute towards Global Domains International's services and helping the business grow.

ooo, one more thing, the voucher ends at the end of this month (which is 12am midnight today - Its currently 5:30pm). I'm hoping this post gets approved ASAP. If it does, you need to take action QUICK!

Sorry for leaving it so late...

Why not sign up for AlertPay....

They can receive the funds from GDI and then withdraw them to your bank account.

34  .WS/GDI Discussion / General Comments / Re: What do YOU want to help you grow your GDI business? on: September 30, 2011, 10:18:44 AM
You hit alot of key points the only thing that stops me, is action. I learn so much and then foget to apply what I have learned or stay in the learning stage. We must take action everyday action.

My only suggestion towards that issue, would be to just take notes of all your ideas. Structure them into the appropriate order, and then assign them to a calendar. That way, you wont forget any of them, and you'll have your next week or so planned out.

You must organize.

35  .WS Services / WebSite Development / Re: Direct Sign up now link with cookies ? on: September 29, 2011, 08:48:17 AM
I understand that when a user visits website.ws directly, there will be no sponsor assigned. But the user will not be able to signup for an affiliate account from website.ws - They must have a sponsor assigned to the link to register an affiliate account.

^If thats all you need to know, don't bother reading on....

But in case you have other purposes for this, do read on.

let me re-phrase your question:

How can I steel sales from other affiliates?

What you want to do is store YOUR GDI username into each visitors computer as a cookie so that when that same visitor visits another website.ws link but with a different sponsor id (GDI username), they would still end up signing up under you.

^^Which is steeling sales....

So lets think about the visitors point on this;

Maybe, the visitor visited your link and was ready to sign up but then had second thoughts on who he/she should sign up under. So they decide to signup under a TOP Sponsor (affiliates who consistently show up on the leader board) but they cant, unless they delete their browser data. This will build up frustration for the user and will set a BAD first impression for GDI.

Now, for all the affiliates, who of which, you will be stealing sales off;

They put in a fair amount of time and effort advertising GDI, and for what? Someone to come and steal their sales from them?

What your trying to do is not fair.

There is a way you can do it, but I'm not going to tell you how. Usually I would, and just state that I'm not responsible for your actions, but this poses a risk to every affiliate.

36  .WS/GDI Discussion / Questions & Issues / Re: Help on: September 21, 2011, 10:44:21 AM
Hello

You now need to start building your website and promote it.

If your not interested in developing your site, you could always use a replicated page and promote that, but I wouldn't recommend it.

If you have little web development skills, you could just use the one of the plugins.

Explore your members area and do some research.

Your referral link is www.website.ws/yourgdiusername (replace "yourgdiusername" with your actual GDI username.). You will be credited for all sales processed on that link.

Hmm, blogger.....

I cant really answer that question, as I'm not very fond with that service, but I can give you some advice;

Use WordPress.

It takes a few minutes to install on your .WS domain AND WordPress being the best blogging application out there, you CAN import everything from your Blogger to WordPress (which is also VERY easy to do). I'll post a link with instructions below.

Import Blogger to the best blogging software in the world Wink

38  .WS/GDI Discussion / Questions & Issues / Re: Problem With Facebook... on: September 19, 2011, 04:54:44 PM
Hello James

This is because of false advertisers that seem to be desperate for traffic.

Unfortunately, most .WS domains are considered to beor related to SPAM by Facebook. But it's down to people like us to change that.

My advice would be to not use the replicated pages and build your site with WordPress. Make your site useful. Make your site something that Facebook would be happy to help promote.

Just keep building your site.

Thats about all the advice I can give you.

39  .WS Business / Marketing / Re: How do I embed one of the promo videos into a Wordpress Post? on: September 19, 2011, 04:54:44 PM
Hello

Firstly, send an email to support@wsdomains.ws and ask for permission. This is because the content you would like to use on your WP site is copyright protected, so you need permission first.

One you've got permission, make sure you keep the email where it states GDI granting permission for you to use the content.

Now, there are two ways to do this.

1.) Go to YouTube and look for the video there (search for "GDI Freedom video" or something like that). Once you've found the video, use the embed tool on YouTube and copy the embedded code. Then go into your WP admin area and select the post/create new post. Click the HTML tab and paste the code wherever you would like the video to appear. <<This is the easiest way.

2.) Download RealPlayer. This will include a small tool that allows users to download any video from the net. once RealPlayer is installed, navigate to the page where the video is placed and roll your mouse pointer over it. You should then see a small tab appear just above the video with "Download Video". Download the video and upload it to WP.

Note: Option number one could turn out harder then it seems. The video unloaders from YouTube would usually edit the video and place a link to their site (or some other way to take credit) which means, you would be advertising their link/helping them promote.

Make sure you get permission first. I'm not responsible for any actions you take regarding this post.

William,

I don't think you read my post as accurately as you should of.

I'm not selling the product as 'part' of GDI's products and services. I'm selling the product as part of My-WS products and services, but it will be based on GDI members (the products target market is GDI members).

Quote
yet why pay for something that is free?

You seem to be having the illusion that we're working on a project that has been repeated in the past and given away for free.. I have no idea where you got that from but sir, I assure you, this product has taken us some hard work, a fair investment (money) and sweat to develop. And for that reason, it will not be given away for free. I think I can see what caused the issue here - I mentioned that I cannot discuss the futures that the product will include (so you seemed to have missed the
Quote
I'm afraid I cant go into explaining the products features at the moment
which caused you to think that it was just a simple system that helps users build their .WS site (which is incorrect).)

Also, you seemed to have mentioned something about the Forums Terms Of Service. How I shouldn't of posted some of the Products Information, which you are correct.

But I assume you are aware of your previous post, where you clearly asked to hear more about the subject...

Quote
I await to hear more on this awesome subject.

Now I might of just misunderstood you (in some way), but that clearly tells me you would like to hear more about what I was discussing with BRegis.

While we're on the subject (of the forum TOS), I'd like to discuss a few things with you too, regarding some of your posts on this forum;

A question about PayPal and multiple users

Your first post to the thread;

Quote
lets keep it real. Everyone can setup a PayPal account within less than five minutes. You can setup one for each person. You can transfer funds from your account to theirs. Then they can pay for service.

That was absolutely irrelevant.

The user asked if he could assign one PayPal account to multiple GDI accounts. Now this user could be doing this for many reasons;

1.) PayPal requires atleast one credit/debit card to be assigned to the account to accept re-occurring payments. So every GDI member who wishes to pay with PayPal MUST have a credit/debit card assigned to the account. So the user may of had prospects that did not have access to a credit/debit card.

2.) PayPal is only available in some countries. So the user may of had prospects that could not use PayPal in their country, which is why he/she had questions about using their own account with their downline.

Yet you stated that the user could just setup the accounts for the prospects on his/her side, which would not do any good as the prospect may not of been able to withdraw money to a bank in their country.

you also mentioned in your first post, to this thread;

Quote
Use the GDI manual to success

Correct me if I'm wrong, but that sounds like a product (ebook maybe?) that you advertised.

Now, in your second post the the thread;

Quote
If you or anyone of our readers want the GDI step by step Wealth Guide. Just shoot me an email with the request in the subject line. I will authorize issue quickly and you will have what we who started long time ago have. Leverage and core knowledge of what works and will not by the standards of GDI. Yes, thing have change, yet not this guide.

That seems like advertising a product (again). Not only where you advertising this product (free or not), you where advertising it on a thread that had absolutely nothing to do with it. So again, completely irrelevant. To be honest, I'm surprised that post was accepted by the forum admins.

Also, you mention "GDI created it"....

Really?

Why not send me a link to this "Wealth Guide" so I can do some investigating as I've been with GDI for over 3 years now and have never heard of this one before...

Now I haven't got the time to go through all your posts and point out all the bits of abuse against the forum rules, but there is one other thing I would like to mention.

In your most recent posts, I have noticed you have been posting duplicates in the forum several times now. Although you may have changed/added a few sentences here and there, they are still quite clearly duplicates...

Quote
I am going to give this away for free. This is the correct way to create something right the first time. By the way, GDI requires no selling at all. Your focus should be on getting people to watch a movie. That is it. GDI pays us to do just this. Make sure it is ethical and do not tell of anything. Let the movie to it's purpose. By you telling anyone and everyone all their questions will be answered when they watch the movie. There is no selling needed. If you must speak on something make sure it's the follow-up and then only speak on how you will support their business and personal growth. No one is left alone. It's only about them and that is your teams only focus, them. You place yourself out of the equation. There success as they determined is the end result. Now, below is how to duplicate the process. This is being given free. People join people and not products or services. If your supportive persistent and reachable. That is what building that relationship bonded on trust is all about. People will purchase a roll of toilet paper for $10.00 if the like and trust you. Tell people what you will do for them and give them examples of support. You be the go to person who gets things done. Brand yourself and not products or companies. This is what keeps members growing and you business alive. This is a lifetime journey not a race. It will become a lifestyle for you as it has for many of us. Help enough people on a daily basis with an attitude of gratitude. That is all it takes to only do what makes you happy everyday and get paid to do it. Hey, if men can get paid to play a child's game(Baseball) why can't you get paid to do what you love and enjoy? If one can do it, why not you?

Now this has been posted several times;

Here

And here

And here

Now this is against the forum rules. Please re-visit the Forum Rules thread and take a look at Section 2, Part G.

You also mentioned in your most recent post in this thread;

Quote
That is why I supply all my real contact information. Just not in GDI forums or message system.

Yet in the thread I've just discussed, I see in the actual post AND in your signature:

Quote
Very Truly Yours,
William Earl Amis, Jr. III
Skype: william.earl.amis.jr.iii
williamamis@amisinteractivecommunities.ws

Now maybe you should go back to the Forum Rules and read over Section 2, Part D, where is clearly states:
Quote
Do not post your personal contact information.
....

So in the future, when you tell others to "keep it real", please do check your self before pointing fingers...

41  .WS Business / Marketing / Re: Is "Make Over $100,000 Every Month" a Good Headline? on: September 08, 2011, 11:10:16 AM
It is people like you that should not be welcome to GDI, as you do no good but allot of bad. You are here to advertise the product and services that GDI offer and the income opportunity, not to make GDI sound like another "get rich quick scheme".

Did you know Facebook now consider over 60% of all .WS domain names as SPAM, all down to people like you.

Did you know, The phrase "Global Domains International Scam" is placed in the second option of Google suggestions when typing the keyword "Global Domains International" in search (try it yourself). Again, down to people like you.

Did you know, any YouTube video that has a link to a GDI replicated site (in the description or in the video) will be removed as its classed to be part of the SPAM and SCAM violation.

To be honest, I'm surprised Global Domains International is still standing with its current reputation.

I apologize for my attitude towards you. But I just consider it to be absolute common sense to work out the answer to your question.

Do you make $100K from GDI? Do you know anybody who does?...I'm pretty sure you don't. So why advertise it like its some sort of get rich quick scheme when it takes some real hard effort and allot of time to even earn a few dollars in profit?

Now I apologize on behalf of GDI as an affiliate if you where brought to GDI with these silly promotions thinking you could get rich quick (earning that kind of money as an affiliate).

I also understand your a newbie and you don't know whats right and wrong at this stage, but it really is common sense to work out if advertising with silly titles like that is right or wrong.

If you do own any ads that contain silly titles like the one you suggested or if your involved in any false advertising, I strongly recommend you stop.

You, asking this question on this forum, just made me think: your just looking to be criticized.

42  .WS/GDI Discussion / Questions & Issues / Re: NEWBIE NEEDS HELP. on: September 08, 2011, 11:10:16 AM
There could be many reasons for this issue but it is very unlikely an issue with the links as the missed sign up email notifies the affiliate of a prospect who attempted to sign up but then quit once reaching the payment page.

So the prospect (user/visitor) clicked on your signup link and filled in some details but then left once seeing the payment page.

The odd 2 or 3 here and there is absolutely normal but if your getting to much, there could be an issue with your advertising. Make sure you make it crystal clear that GDI's Products and Services are only free for a time period of seven days which is why users payment information is required upon signup.

Why not post a link to your site (or whatever your using to advertise) and I can check it out?

Hello there

I see your having issues with the multilingual market.

Just hang in there for a short while. The team here at My-WS (including me) are working on something that can take that problem away. Providing affiliates with full control over a POWERFUL site that will be user friendly to users all around the world.

Keep checking back on this forum. I will be posting more info soon.

Nav

Nav, I wonder how far in the development stage are you guys. This is truly amazing to hear the dedication of others being applied to GDI. This its self is motivating.

I await to hear more on this awesome subject.

Hello William

We are still firmly in the development process but hopefully, will be done soon.

Here's a little more info.

What we're developing is something that could help EVERY GDI affiliate who suffers from web development issues, GDI affiliates who know how to get the correct traffic, but don't know how to satisfy the traffic.

Unfortunately, I cant give too much info out just yet.

But I'm just going to put this as short as possible.

What we're developing, is NO ebook, SEO software, Traffic "Boost" software or any other useless product promising users a guide to help them achieve their online goals.

What we're developing is something the affiliates WILL use on a day-to-day basis, something that provides tools to help affiliates grow their downlines with no web skills needed, something that users do not just read and learn from, but something that lets them earn, while they learn.

This product requires two things in order to function. One of witch will require a good amount of effort to get.

1.) A Domain....
2.) The correct target market, at your sites doorstep.

^^I'm pretty sure you can work out for yourself which one will take a fair amount of effort^^

We're looking at something that provides support to users who do not consider English as their primary language. Something that will allow affiliates to take FULL control. Something "Ready made", but not like a replicated site. Something that's only for GDI affiliates, and last but not least, something that's affordable.

I'm afraid I cant go into explaining the products features at the moment, but i can tell you this, this product will be able to do things that you GDI affiliates probably never even thought was possible, the developers (including me) are focusing this product at GDI affiliates and GDI affiliates only.

Guys, be ready.

Hello

I'm pretty sure the review process will occur at a certain time every weekday (excluding weekends).

If your asking about the stage your profile must be at to make new posts without them having to go through approval, I'm not quite sure.

Try sending a message to an admin (if the above is the case).
