1  .WS Services / WebSite Development / Re: Banner Questions on: February 05, 2009, 07:05:59 PM
Just read this entire thread from "2007" til now. I believe this problem of not being able to make banners work started when GDI changed the website builder. There's never been a tutorial on how the make the banners work and it seems that these pages of repeated banner questions are only read by the folks that are posting the questions. I've kinda given up asking. I keep trying to make it work. I even used a post written by JD Tutterow. I guess his instructions applied to the old version of the website builder, because on my version there is no "HTML Editor" button nor is there an "Insert HTML Code" button at the bottom of the html box that pops up when you're adding text to you site! What I have been able to do, is insert clip art and insert hyperlinks to make it go to the GDI movie invitation page. You have to upload to clip art to your GDI site builder gallery(First). Then you can insert onto your page or pages and insert a hyperlink. Hope this helps a little.

Hey all,
Here's my site. www.billhamlet.ws/bizop Not so sure how to make the code change to the actual banner yet, but I'll keep asking around. If anyone knows, please don't hesitate to jump in and school me. Thanks everyone. May you all prosper in whatever you do!  Smiley

I too am having problems making the banner change from code to an actual banner. Any of the pros want to give us a little help? I'm figuring that it's probably something simple. I've been fooling with it for 3 hrs now. I grow very weary!  Cry

Great info found here in the "Suggestion for New Members" area. I had to skip a lot of whinning but I was able to get some great tips. I'm new also but I must make a suggestion. If you are new and you don't have upline support, read, read, read through the info that is listed in this forum. Try reading the post sent by the moderators and full members mostly! Some of the newbie post will scare you away from your own financial freedom. This is YOUR Business, you own it. Now work it like you would Microsoft if you were Bill Gates. He had to work hard in the beginning but he did not quit.  Kiss

Hey all,
I'm Bill Hamlet from Baltimore, Maryland. I got started a little over 2 weeks ago. I have no idea what to put on my website so I'm just using the generic GDI info. Seems like it'll do better than I could explaining the opportunity. Grin My mother is my sponsor so I'd like to grow a huge team to make sure she's set when she retires; not to mention building financial security for me and my family. Any other Baltimorians out there? Any tips on marketing would also be helpful.

Hello Everyone,
My name is Bill Hamlet, I'm from Baltimore Maryland. I joined GDI last Friday. I'm still building my website. I look forward to building a nice residual income here. I'm pretty familiar with MLM and since GDI is a DSA member, that's about all the research I need to do. Happy building folks!
