Yes, and great question! We should all work on supporting our team, and this is a great way to do just that. All you need to do is go to your GDI back office, click on "Downline", and on that screen at the top you will find a button that says, "Move Downline Members". Keep in mind you can only move people that are in their trial period, and you can only move them to members of your 1st level. Hope this helps and again, great idea!
