Anyone have tried the new "Extract you contacts...." system?

You see, I'm having some problems with it.

I link it to extract form twitter and saw that I can only do it to 50 contact, so I did it yesterday. However, I though that is was per day but when I try it today, it mark me an Error. Can anyone help me out with it?

My name is Mauricio, I'm from Mexico. I have being a member for quiet some time, but i have not being able to make a lot of prospect.

I have a couple but they as well have not make none prospect. I not know want to do. I dont have a lot of friends. And most of them don't speak english, which is an issues in the case of having them on GDI.

Questions, does anyone of you guys is from Monterrey, N.L. Mexico, I would like to contact make friends out of it as well.....
Also does anyone know witch is the best way to add prospect in, if it better on person or throw the World Wide Web?

I would appreciate it a lot for this.

What is the best way to tell them, I mean in person or by mail?

Is trying to find people from internet is a good choice or there is a better?
