Your posts will eventually show up in search engines as they crawl around the web. To make it faster comment on some blogs and include your website URL. You can also create and submit a site map to search engines. Go to Google (or any search engine), sign up for an account and go to webmaster tools. You will also find some awesome advice. Of course, this is just to get you indexed. If you want to appear at or near the top of the search engines you will want to learn Search Engine Optimization techniques (or SEO). Right now on the GDI blog you can find some posts about SEO that will help. If you click over to my blog (you'll find the link just under my picture) I have also written some posts on SEO.
