1  .WS Business / Team Building / Re: Do you move your downline members? on: September 26, 2008, 05:23:41 AM
Hey everyone,

I have started moving new members to my level ones after 6 months that was when I had become able to recruit at least 5 members a month average. Sadly some of the earlier members have quit already. I now realize that it's important to move members to help your level ones stay in the biz and help them grow their downlines. most of my level hadn't duplicated, but a few put in extra efforts and started building....so that's good to see. I have moved at least 10 members  out to the 19 I recruited last month, and I am trying to keep 12 on my frontline(level 1) and I would love to see most of members in all levels 1-5 generate 1-5 signups each after a few months. If that's the case, I can probably quit my day job......hehe. Well even if only 50% of my downline can duplicate my effort, that would be awesome!

To all our success! Cool

Hello Everyone!

I am still hopeful and faithful for GDI! I hit the potential leaderboard twice last month with 18 new signups......kool yul! I am starting to get the hang of it now, but I do wish that most of my downline members stayed and duplicate my effort. My downline has yet to become exploded soon!

Here is my latest version of my .ws website simply called http://www.winglee.ws

To all our success,

3  .WS/GDI Discussion / General Comments / Re: Don't Be A Dead Sponsor! on: January 25, 2008, 03:58:14 AM
Hello GDI members. I just wanted to share something with you.

What happens when you bring someone into the system and you don't stay in touch with?

Answer-You become labeled as a dead beat sponsor. Just because you may be labled as a dead beat doesn't mean you are, but you must understand that many members come into this system and try to contact their sponsors with no luck. These memebers want help just like you may have needed help when they came in.

Luckily, I don't have dead beat sponsor, but I have come in contact with serious GDI members who can't contact their upline. What happens when I give your downline more help than you? They drop out under you and sign up under me. It may sound screwed up, but I'm pretty sure it happens. Honestly speaking, I know that it happens.

I would like to see us all make it in this business. It doesn't take much more than sending a simple email. You may do a lot of offline promoting and never check your backoffice, but you should. Hopefully, a sponsor who may fit this description will take this business more seriously after reading this.

Hello,

Thanks for sharing that, and it really is what I had to go through and I resent my sponsor. I didn't get any response nor welcome letter from him when I joined, and I have emailed him a few times. I was suprised that a few of my uplines emailed and thanked me for growing my downline. Every new member I recruit I sent them  a welcome letter with some of my ideas and suggestions shared with them so that they can get starte.....some of them would email me to ask questions and I tried to help them, and the others didn't reply but that's ok. I mean if I had some help from my sponsor, I could've been able to build my downline faster, afterall it's teamwork that gets best result.

Good luck to you all and be successful in 2008

Bonjour/Hello fellow Canadians,

I am from Vancouver and have lived here in Toronto for 5 years now. I started my GDI last summer, and I am still somewhat of a newbie and didn't know how to promote GDI and get signups for the first  months! I now have 9 people in my frontline and more than 13 in my lower levels down to 5th level, but most of the downline are not recruiting at all after joining for 2 or 3 months like me when I first started. I was glad to have gotten 3 signups in 1 week, but almost 10 of downlines have quit in the last 4 months! It's sad and disappointing, but I won't give up. I had fantasized about getting 25-50 frontline members by this summer, and hope they all can bring in 3-5 members down to my 5th level, then I can have a great residual income without having to work, and only work at jobs that I like since I am  a struggling costume designer. Anyways, I have faith in this biz, and I will try to share the love and knowledge with my fellow GDI members and downlines. Thanks and Good luck!

My website is consist of 7 pages and the front or landing page is to intro myself and sell my affliate program including GDI as my primary and a few pictures of me and my work as a designer, and I have more pictures of my work in page 2-7. I also have some banners on the landing page. My website is not totally business targeted.

To me it seems a little odd to automatically start spreading the word of GDI to my friends and family from the very start. I currently have 0 in my downline, so I know my opinion doesn't mean a whole lot. Thats exactly the reason I won't recommend GDI to people i actually know yet... if they ask me how its working out so far what am I supposed to tell them? "Ummm... to be perfectly honest I spent $10 and haven't made anything yet... please join me!"

It just seems to me like I should make at least a little bit of money before I go around telling my friends and coworkers that I have a wonderful business opportunity for them.
Hi,

I can't believe I have joined for almost half a year and I am finally seeing my downline start to grow slowly. I had no signups using the invites to my friends and family of 50 people or so, and some of them were annoyed by it. I wonder if other people had the same reaction. All I can say is that I wouldn't count on it to generate signups.
