1  .WS/GDI Discussion / Questions & Issues / Is Anyone Selling Products Directly From GDI Hosted Site? on: March 20, 2008, 05:32:56 PM
I have a prospect that is interested in using GDI to host her already existing website.

She accepts Paypal through her site and pays $40 a month for Yahoo Business because someone else set it up for her like that.

Is GDI hosting capable of an online store to sell products?

She'd like to switch, but wants to make sure of this.

Thanks,

Javier Silva

Hello Werner,

It looks like you have some neat stuff on your website.

I do have a couple of suggestions.

Instead of using a separate tab for each country, set up your home page with tables
and put all the flight selection boxes for all countries on the home page.

It is not necessary to spend one whole page just introducing your business and a whole other one
for instructions .

It's okay to introduce yourself, but you want your visitor to use your site.

Just like a watch salesman would take out the watch your interested in and put on your
wrist so that you can see and feel it on you...

Likewise, a vacuum cleaner salesman will let you actually plug it in and use it to see how clean you can get
your house and how easy it is to do so...

You want your visitor to experience ownership before purchase.

So you want to have your visitor go through the motions of finding a flight.

Put the tools right in front of them. On the home page.

You can probably get a good idea from looking at some other airfaire websites. Do a Google search.

This should also help you to find what specifically sets you apart from the others.

You don't need a lot of "bells and whistles" if you can solve your prospects problem.

Keep up the good work,

Javier

Hadari,

You are a sponsor's dream.

Thank you very much for the inspiration.

By the way, I have got some more interested and am following up with them.  And I may have come across a pretty good lead generator...

I'll email you when things are more confirmed.

To Our Success,

Javier

Thanks Brenda,

It's good to know it had the right effect on you.

I will definitely be posting results. I did already have one sign up since I posted it here. Not from here of course but it was someone who had seen the GDI opportunity before and loved it but just didn't feel he could do it.

Once again, thanks,

Javier Silva
5  .WS/GDI Discussion / New Member? / Re: Welcome To All New Members! on: December 15, 2007, 03:54:22 AM
Hello (again),

My name is Javier from Texas. I've been in GDI about 2 months now. I've spent most of my time setting up my webpage.

Now I'm ready to go.

I was actually in GDI about a year ago. I didn't stick with it, stayed on for a bit then stopped.

I decided to look at it again.  I became a member again, but this time I'm determined to make it work.

I've come up with a pretty extreme offer to my sign ups. A personal guarantee from me.

I know it's going to take a little work but I've always felt weird about signing up with a network marketing group and being expected to train
my recruits. So I said I'll just lead by example, this time.

If they follow...fine.

If not...fine.

My goal is to keep them on board paying $10 month.

Whatever it takes to do that is what I'll do.

Leverage is great, but if I'm going to be doing the work anyway... then I'll do it for others and consider $1 as my pay for it.

Anyway. I'm looking forward to making this work.

6  .WS Business / Team Building / Has Anyone Reached Infinity Override Bonus? on: December 15, 2007, 03:54:22 AM
I was wondering...

Has anyone reached the Infinity Override Bonus yet.

I've personally set a goal to reach it.

I know it takes some time and I am just starting, but if anyone is close to it,
then I definitely want to get some secrets or tips or anything from you.

I know my method is a little unorthodox, but I'm willing to take all the responsibility of building this business. Even if
it means doing the work for other people.

After all, I'm still get compensated for it and I'll be doing the work anyway.

Anyway, I was just curious if anyone is close to the Infinity Override Bonus.

Javier
