Anyone know how long it usually takes for GDI Support to respond to emails and support tickets?

It used to be quick and efficient. It seems things have changed.

I submitted a question this evening (S. Afr time) via the online contact form and haven't had an autoresponse acknowledgement.

My last query was an e-mail sent on 23 June 2012. It's now 5 July and I haven't had a response.

Usually pretty quickly, in my experience. It also depends on your time zone. For me, the USA is asleep during my daytime. So that also needs to be taken into account.

I find it easier to call them. They resolve the call faster than setting a request in a Que waiting for someone to be assigned and then look into it. What is your need?
