I think she probably mean GDI pictures or any pictures that allow to use for gdi marketing I guess.

Go to website.ws/members and log in.

On left side menu you'll see banners there and click that and scroll down and you see the banner codes to copy and paste.

Try use other web browser and see if that works.  Sometimes browsers dont always work with sitebuilder and it did happened to me before when not appear right so I use other browser and it seems ok.
