They should be showing as Trail Member under you link. Once you have finished you trial period. Check you downline area and if they have no shown. Then just email for support with headquarters. You will get credit for them being a signed up member. You should have received a notice from our computer verification of new member with their contact information. If you have not verify if they even completed the process. They may have changed their minds once we request for payment information.
