I'm pretty sure the review process will occur at a certain time every weekday (excluding weekends). If your asking about the stage your profile must be at to make new posts without them having to go through approval, I'm not quite sure. Try sending a message to an admin (if the above is the case). You can start a new topic or add a reply to an existing post. The choice is yours. However the administrator will review submissions prior to active posts. Sometimes quotes are displayed immediately.
