Hi everybody!

My name is José and I'm from Mexico. This is such a great business, however I've been having trouble. My free trial expired a few days ago and they still can't charge the 10 dollars from my account. I've checked at tha bank and they told me everythiing was ok and I don't know what to do.

If anyone has gone through this situation I'd appreciate it if you could share the soultion with me.
